I am sharing with you some recipes I got from a very goof friend. When my baby turned 6 month, I got so stressed of what to feed her? How can I make sure she will like it? How can I prepare her not to be picky with food in the future? I am so grateful that Heaven sent me an angel who can guide me in my motherhood journey.

She is a friend of mine for a while. We've been friends even before we got married and she shared with me her secrets of how to be a successful mother. She has a very beautiful, healthy and smart little girl and I trusted her more than anyone else in this world. I can't lean on anyone else aside from her and my mother-in-law since my mother left in this world before I became a mom like her. I know surely she is guiding me through these people.

Here's how to prepare and make these homemade purée

  1. Wash, peel, and dice your fruit, meat vegetable of choice. ...

  2. Place all the diced vegetables, fruit or meat in a steamer basket and cook until they're soft enough to squish with one finger—and no further. ...

  3. Place the cooked food into a blender or food processor and add the butter and cream if using. ...

  4. Blend the puree to your desired texture.

  5. Served them to your little one.

Fresh pureed baby food can be stored in the refrigerator no longer than 48 hours (many food safety authorities say that72 houris fine.). This limit ensures that bacteria growth in the puree is kept to a minimum and that the food does not take on the “taste of the fridge”.
